Epoxy resin Bonded way in the construction is simple paste-style ceramic installation with low cost, especially fit for large-scale construction site, saving maintenance time. The key is bonded adhesive and construction technology. Cement plant equipment often works in higher temperatures, the traditional fixing process of wear resistant ceramics is using epoxy glue . Such adhesives are mainly organic ingredients, not resistant to high temperature (maximum temperature 150 ℃),it can not meet the requirements of long-running,the adhesive easily become aging and embrittlement if long-term operation in ultra-high temperature
Wear resistant ceramic welding method is generally used in environment like : strong impact force and dynamic operation . the alumina ceramic liner welded in the equipment is not easy to fall off At the same time, the welding method is suitable for high temperature working environment, the paste-type installation should not exceed 300 degrees because of epoxy resin glue water, so when working time is actually more than 300 degrees, the welding installation is the best option. The technology has now been extended to development of electric power, metallurgy, mining, cement and other industries because this way extends the life of devices, reduces the maintenance of such equipment, alsoreduce the replacement of new equipment.
