The wear-resistance ceramic lining pasted in the equipment will be badly worn when it's been used for a long time, it depends on the working condition of the machine. If the transport material is large and very hard, then the impact force on the equipment is very large, which will lead to ceramic wear is very serious, then it is necessary to paste new wear-resistant ceramics to protect the equipment. So, how to remove the old wear-resistant ceramic tiles?

There are two ways:

1. Using high temperature fire to roast , this method is suitable for removing alumian Mosaic ceramic pieces,  The glue is melted at high temperature to make the ceramics piece fall off.

2. Use electric pick to hit the ceramic tile. this method is suitable for wear-resisting ceramic liner with large volume.
