Weldable ceramic liner installation method

Different types of  ceramic liner installation methods are not the same. For example, the plain tile is directly attached to the surface with ordinary epoxy glue or cement, and the weldable tile needs to be installed by welding or glue.

Here Chemshun Ceramics would like to share the tips of weld-on ceramic liner tile 

1: Clean the surface of equipment

2: Mix glue in proportion, and the glue must be used within 30 minutes after mixing.

3: Apply the mixed epoxy glue on the back of the liner or directly on the surface of the steel material.

Note: Epoxy resin must be visible on the liner and there is no need to clean the surface.

4: Carefully install the ceramic liner in the wall of the device and press the solder tab into the hole.

5: Welding: Weld by the traditional method of welding cold rolled steel.

6: Put a bit of epoxy glue in the hole, then carefully press the ceramic cover into the glue.

After 24 hours, the glue will cure and reach the state of use
