Rubber Ceramic Wear Plate used for Mining Processing

 Rubber ceramic wear plate is produced by abrasion resistant ceramic vulcanized in speical rubber sheet in the temperature of 150 centi-degree. This process combines the excellent wear resistance of ceramics with the cushioning properties of high-quality rubber, which effectively enhances the impact resistance of the liner against the material while at the same time resisting wear and corrosion.Composite liner is glued with epoxy glue (strong glue) or fixed with bolt steel plate.
