Abrasion loss test need equipments like density tester, sand blaster, high temperature oven etc. three ceramic wear liner samples with size 150x100x25mm wear picked ,after cleaning and dried in drying ovens. three samples wear tested with first density and weight. then dry the sample again. next 5.5kg corundum sand sprayed the samples seperately in sand blaster. at last second weight and density wear tested again . after comparing the characters of first and second. Chemshun Ceramics bricks only has 0.91,much less than other ceramic supplier.
