After evaluation, tools prepared, the mounting surface shoud be prepared as specified for the adhesive being used. the adhesive bed should has enough thickness. the  alumina hexagonal tile mats , with the mesh side away from the metal surface ,should be firmly pressed into place allowing the adhesive to extrude up into the voids between the tiles. Adhesive which extrude to the surface can be removed and smoothed over the surface with a trowel. the mesh backing will simply wear away soon after equipment start-up. adhesive dreictions should be closel followed to ensure proper adhesion.
