Unlike conventional single-material wear plates, the Three-in-One Ceramic Vulcanized Liner features a high-purity alumina ceramic top layer, a resilient rubber buffer middle layer, and a high-strength steel base plate. These three layers are integrally vulcanized under high temperature, forming a tight, delamination-resistant bond with exceptional structural integrity.
