Character& Application:
Foamed
ceramics have the characters of
light, high strength, large specific surface areas, high porosity, excellent heat
resistant and chemical corrosion resistant. With the distributing pores net
structure, they are able to increase the surface areas, and absorb the thin
waste, so the liquid metal can be molding safety. With the excellent
characters, the foamed ceramics improve molding quality by reducing the reject probability
of moldings and divide from those quality problem such as waster pore, sand
pore and air pore. So that our foamed ceramics are widely applied in the plant of steel,
iron, copper and aluminum.
